E-accounting is creating jobs for public accountants
Accountants have always been very useful for people who are
not experts in the world of numbers and accounts (worth redundancy), because
they help us to clear our finances without having to enter the magical world of
mathematics. Many people thought that with the new electronic accounting
system, desktop accountants were going to run out of jobs to offer, as
apparently electronic billers and enterprise content management programs were
going to do all the work.
Since the Fiscal Incorporation Regime (RIF) entered into
force, many people have begun to go with public accountants to clarify the
doubts of the processes they need to carry out to be in order with the SAT now
that all formalities are electronic , Because the illusion of extreme ease
"everything within reach of a click" made it appear that electronic
accounting was going to be the dream of every taxpayer, however the
incorporation processes and the process of invoicing and fiscal verification
generated so many doubts among Users that contrary to what was thought, the
accountants had new opportunities to work incorporating themselves also to the
new electronic ways.
In many cases people go to the accountants rather than to
ignore the operation of the applications due to lack of knowledge of the law,
which is why they go to those professionals to receive advice. In the case of
companies, the work of accountants enter the ECM (enterprise content management)
which are a series of actions that are taken within the workplace to have all
the papers in order and not get in trouble with Finance, Which may cost them
even the license to operate.
Today the most common work of accountants is to take the
electronic accounting of people and companies; they are given the information
and taxpayer's regime so that they can enter and make the necessary
declarations, in this way the taxpayer can avoid paying so many taxes for a
good management of income and expenses.
